Jagshemash!

I wanted to take a moment and point out a movie that I am looking forward to and that deserves some explination.Borat
Borat: Cultural Learnings of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan

From wikipedia:

[This] movie is scheduled for public release on November 3, starring Sacha Baron Cohen and directed by Larry Charles. The movie is a mockumentary comedy featuring Cohen’s character Borat Sagdiyev.

Let me emphasise that this is a comedy. Borat is played by Sacha Baron Cohen who is a comedian and is acting as a representative of Kazakhstan.

Borat, the main character of this movie, is one of three characters that Cohen plays on HBO’s Da Ali G Show.

Again from wikipedia:

Borat appeared regularly on Da Ali G Show, for Channel 4, with sketches featuring him often relying on outrageous behaviour and actions, and the reactions of uninformed individuals around him. In some cases, Borat’s guests embrace his anti-Semitism and misogyny by agreeing with him, while other guests attempt to explain Western values to him.

Borat's MovieI’ve enjoyed Cohen’s show on HBO and have found his comedy to be unique and entertaining. Much of the humor comes from putting regular people in uncomfortable situations. As a comedian, I believe that Cohen has mastered this art and delivers the comedy in a way that keeps me entertained. The positive reviews I’ve read online only foster my anticipation for the opening of this film. Below is the trailer, which I’ve watched multiple times and find very funny.
